Get set up in Outlook
Last updated: October 18, 2026
Setup takes about five minutes: add Drumkit to Outlook, create your account with your TQL Microsoft login, and make sure DAT is connected.
1. Add Drumkit to Outlook
- In Outlook, open Get Add-ins (in new Outlook and Outlook on the web it's under Apps).
- Search for Drumkit and click Add.
Can't find Drumkit in the store? Access is set up by TQL IT. Ask them to add you.
2. Create your account
- Go to app.drumkit.ai/tql/signup.
- Click Microsoft and sign in with your TQL work email.
- When you see Congratulations on signing up!, you're done. Drumkit catches up on recent quote requests in your inbox, then reads new ones as they arrive.
3. Open Drumkit
- Open any email.
- Click the Drumkit icon above the message. In new Outlook and Outlook on the web, it may sit under Apps or the … menu.
- The first time, click Sign in to Drumkit and choose your TQL Microsoft account.
- Click the pin icon at the top of the sidebar so it stays open as you move between emails.
4. Check DAT is connected
Drumkit prices lanes with your DAT access, and we connect it for you when you sign up. If you see a small DAT box in Quick Quote asking for an Email Address, enter the email on your DAT account and click Enable.
You're ready. Open a quote request and follow Quote a single lane.
