DAT errors and missing rates

Drumkit gets its rates from DAT using your DAT access. When something goes wrong on that side, you'll see one of these.
| What you see | What it means | What to do |

| A DAT box with Email Address and Enable | DAT isn't connected for you yet. | Enter the email on your DAT account and click Enable. |
| "…does not have a valid DAT Connexion seat" | The DAT account doesn't have a license seat. | Check with your DAT admin, and email us so we can help. |
| "Failed to authenticate DAT Organization…" | Drumkit couldn't sign in to DAT. | Email us. This is usually on our side or DAT's. |
| "Unknown error while getting DAT quote" | DAT didn't return a rate this time. | Try again in a minute. If it keeps happening, email us. |
| No rate, or a very wide range | DAT has little recent data for the lane. | Widen the lookup with Change lookup. See Read your DAT rate and market data. |
