Report a problem

To help us fix it fast, include:

• What you were trying to do, and what happened instead
• A screenshot
• The subject line and arrival time of the email you were working on, if it's relevant
• Which Outlook you use: new, classic or web

Report a misread

Send the email's subject line and when it arrived, with one line about what Kit got wrong. See Fix it when Drumkit misreads an email.

Suggest an idea

Put Feature request in the subject. Tell us what you're trying to get done and what gets in the way today. A real example, like an email you had trouble quoting, helps a lot.
